Delivery
Prices quoted above are valid for 30 days from date of quote and subject to availability. Prices are based on a full order as listed above and delivered in one load.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. All deliveries are made by articulated lorry. The trailers measure 13.5m in length and can weigh up to a maximum of 44 tons. Please check that access is suitable before ordering. If you have access issues, please contact Valley Plants to see if we can help you find a solution.
Costs incurred from being unable to arrive, deliver, and leave site safely and promptly due to access issues will be passed on to the client.
Valley Plants is not responsible for any damage to property caused by delivery lorries. Although we are usually able to give a delivery day and am / pm guidance, Valley Plants cannot guarantee delivery times or slots. We use a 3rd party haulage company and we do not organise loading and delivery patterns.
Offloading
Offloading of plants or trees at the point of delivery is the sole responsibility of the client. Whilst Valley Plants can give informal advice, it is not responsible for any aspect of offloading plants at the point of delivery. Please ensure you have suitable machinery, labour, and equipment on site prior to a delivery arriving. Please also ensure you or any contractors have adequate public liability insurance and any necessary permissions from councils and landowners. A member of the Valley Plants team will always be on site to supervise unloading. Extra charges may be incurred for excessive standing times for delivery lorries, which will be passed on to the client.
Terms
All orders must be paid for in full before delivery can take place. Valley Plants does not offer credit account facilities. Payment must be made by bank transfer.
Valley Plants does not accept debit cards, credit cards, cheques, PayPal, or Western Union.
