Delivery

All our deliveries are made by articulated lorry. The trailers measure 13.5m in length and can weigh up to a maximum of 44 tons. Please check that access is suitable before ordering. If you have access issues, please contact us to see if we can help you find a solution. Although we are usually able to give a delivery day and am / pm guidance,we cannot guarantee delivery times or slots. We use a 3^rd party haulage company and we do not organise loading and delivery patterns.

Unloading

Unloading plants or trees is the responsibility of the client. Whilst we can give informal advice, Valley Plants are not responsible for any aspect of unloading plants at the delivery site. Please ensure you have suitable machinery and labour on site prior to a delivery arriving. Please also ensure you or any contractors have adequate public liability insurance and any necessary permissions from councils and landowners. A member of the Valley Plants team will always be on site to supervise unloading.
